Public Policy Mediation is defined as: A Process that draws out the collective wisdom of a diverse group to reach a common public goal. The Tammany Group will act as a third party mediator for its clients in situations that a group or groups have become bogged down in problems or debate. It is the job of a mediator to draw out the valued ideas of all involved and to expedite the proceedings. The Tammany Group will assist the group in keeping focus and will help to make sure that all sides are heard from in a fair manner.
